NSV has the expertise and existing relationships with vendors to ensure best pricing for the equipment such as C-arm and other capital equipment. NSV will provide the equipment in consultation with you to insure state-of-the-art equipment of the highest quality.

Ensuring the optimum level of supplies is critical for the smooth operation of an ASC/OBL. NSV will ensure that the center is never over- or under-stocked. State-of-the-art inventory management software will be integrated into the center and will assist in expertly and precisely tracking inventory needs, history and costs.

An ASC/OBL needs well-trained, high quality staff members, including a business manager trained surgical technicians, and operating room and recovery room nurses. We will help hire the professional staff for proper functioning of the center.

The ASC will be Medicare-certified. Certifications of OBL varies from state to state. NSV will make sure the center is properly certified and accredited.

Historically there is a greater than 70% error rate in coding endovascular cases. Even one missing modifier can invalidate the entire code, causing the payment to be denied. NSV will provide billing for the ASC and can either oversee or provide complete billing for OBL.

Documentation is key for both compliance and successful billing processes. NSV will select and provide an electronic medical record that will insure that all the requirements are met to run a compliant, efficient and successful program.

From the day construction begins, the ASC/OBL should be up and running within four to six months. NSV will provide management services for both the ASC and OBL, and will insure that you can start billing for procedures right away. Goal of NSV is for you to maximize your time towards providing patient care rather than worrying about management.

The center will participate in appropriate national registries to be able to compare data at a regional as well as national level. NSV will also conduct quality assurance and quality improvement audits and implement processes to ensure quality in every phase of patient care.
