Dr. Jain is one of the founding members of National Surgical Ventures, LLC (NSV). He is a vascular surgeon who has been intimately involved in the growth of Office Based Endovascular Centers throughout the country since 2007. He is past president of Advanced Vascular Surgery and Paragon Health. He is a founding member of Outpatient Endovascular and Interventional Society (OEIS) and South Asian American Vascular Society (SAAVS). He was the first president of SAAVS. He is a distinguished fellow of Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS) and a member of multiple other societies. He is the president and CEO of National Office Endovascular Labs (NOEL).

Dr. Jain Is a clinical professor of surgery at Western Michigan University, Homer Stryker MD school of Medicine.

Two land mark papers related to office-based labs: Future of Vascular Surgery is in the Office: Journal of Vascular Surgery. 51:2, pp 509-514, 2010, and Office based endovascular Suite is safe for most procedures: Journal of Vascular Surgery. 59:1, pp 186-191 written by him and his partners are widely quoted. He is the author of book chapters related to office-based labs. He has spoken extensively at national and international conferences promoting the office-based delivery model for endovascular procedures

Diane Boone is one of the founding members of National Surgical Ventures, LLC (NSV). She is a registered nurse with a Master of Science in Healthcare Management who has spent the last 19 years in the field of wound care as an educator and administrator. Prior to that, Diane worked as a nurse in multiple settings, including hospitals, public health, and case management. From 2003-2014 she was Chief Executive Officer of Paradigm Medical Management, a wound care and hyperbaric medicine management company that she co-founded with Miguel Sandoval.

In 2014 Diane sold Paradigm Medical Management to RestorixHealth, a New York company, where she served as a Senior Vice President for Amputation Prevention Programs from 2014-2018. She now joins NSV to continue her work improve the experience for patients with healthcare problems in need of outpatient surgery and/or interventional vascular procedures. She will assist with quality improvement initiatives, business development and process development. She is an executive who thinks outside of the box and drives companies to position themselves for success, while maintaining an empathetic and compassionate drive to make a positive impact on the lives of NSV patients.

Miguel Sandoval is one of the founding members of National Surgical Ventures, LLC (NSV). He has over 25 years of healthcare experience. He has worked in the hospital, physician group and health plan setting focusing on managed care, business development, physician relations and finance. Sandoval was the co-founder of Paradigm Medical Management, a successful wound care and hyperbaric oxygen management company, which was acquired by RestorixHealth in 2014.

He is currently serving as the President of NSV and the President and CEO of APEx Health Network; both companies which he co-founded. He attended UC Santa Cruz where he earned a BA in economics and attended the University of Southern California under the masters program for Health Administration. Sandoval lives in the Pasadena area with his wife and two sons.

Muneesh Jain is one of the founding members of National Surgical Ventures, LLC (NSV). He started his career at 19 as a producer for ESPN. At 21, he created his first business, a sports magazine in Detroit, MI which employed 10 full time and 25 part time staff. It was during these two jobs where Muneesh honed his marketing skills which will help the ASC/OBLs launched under NSV to grow and succeed.

Muneesh has been the COO of NOEL for the past three years. He was responsible for finding physicians to start OBLs around the country and helping them build it from the ground up.
